Bliss On-Boarding System

Medical conditions may change without notice; our patients and families need us to be able to respond quickly and appropriately. This takes flexibility but our BlissCONNECT™ web-server will back up scheduling changes with ease. Our matching process is very thorough so we put you into the right patient situation for your strengths. Bliss needs a ready-to-go team with ranging skill sets and commitment. When you are not on a regular assignment, you may also pick up short-term and respite care opportunities. We ask this flexibility from you so we also give you flexibility in return. Your schedule also matters, so our FLEXWORKS system lets you manage your schedule tailored to your personal needs.
